ART: Art request is pending... I didn't know whether I'm allowed to post it, so I didn't. Can I put up the image or not? Just until I get confirmation? IDEA: Genuinous NOTES: It is quite simple. ETG already has Shard of Readiness to decrease cost, why not have a card, which would increase the cost? Since it's only affecting active abilities, just the cost of those cards can be increased, which would require activation. ie.: Phoenix is not affected, but the cost of activation for a Retrovirus (0 original) would be 1 (2 for upped). The increased cost is the same cost as before, if the cost is 0, the increased cost will match the element of the creature. This card is part of the Mermaid series I'm designing. Mermaids can be nice, or not so nice creatures, depending on their type. All Mermaids gain +1 | +1 while submerged. The cost of them is 6 and 7 respectively. Reasoning for the name From an older thread in the main CIA section:   Scotomancy   Necromancy   Hydromancy   Aeromancy   Astromancy   Biomancy   Chronomancy   Baromancy   Geomancy   Pyromancy   Chaomancy   Photomancy You could take these and just replace the 'mancy' with 'maid' SERIES: Mermaids (I'll start the series thread once I have a couple cards ready)

there's a typo in the table or the card. it says increase 2 for both upped and unupped.
