Um.......okay, but I do think that the cost is balanced. It is because it is part precognition (2 ) and you're already returning 2 cards back in the deck before hand.

Cost seems fine. It's a powerful method to make someone deck out, but you won't be able to play it that much.

A bit off-topic, I'm actually not sure why Time gets discard effects to begin with. I'ma start a thread about it instead, though.

well typically in most card games get the discard ability. but why stick to other games? time draws.. why cant it discard? what other one would it fit with? ur fast forwarding ur opponents deck. makes sense.

woah.........I'm not discarding cards this time, I'm returning the cards back before hand. Because I know the community doesn't like discard effects.

You should simply change the first picture if you want to show the original card has changed, for purposes of discussion.
"Choose two cards and put it back in the deck."
Two cards are plural, so you'll need to say "them" unless you mean to put Chronokinesis back into your deck, and say "their deck" to specify. Now, the card text in the table still says it discards, so that'll confuse more people.

So now it's two proactive Reverse Times that work on any card. I suppose that's fine in terms of power, with that cost.
