Urgh. I was really glad when Dune Scorpion changed to not discard cards. Personally, I hate discard effects. Aside from that, I s'pose it's balanced. Typo on "your" on the card again.

its more balanced so thats good. only problem ull face now is the discard part being booed upon by the community.. i like it though.i was really looking forward to dune scorp doing that.

Since the effect has been lowered from 3 cards to 2 cards discarded, meaning only 12 cards at most are discarded instead of 18, I think you can lower its cost a bit. Maybe 8 :time / 7 :time. 4 :time per card discarded - 1 if upgraded.

agreed, my ideas tend to start overpowered as well and when i balance the effect out then the cost usually can come down a little.

I have no clue how OP or UP or balance it is but ur costs just dont match from the card to the table is all. i like the card. id say maybe put the cost of it to 6 unupped and 5 upped.
