Anti-Fractal is nice.  Also it limits itself though too, so it isn't too powerful, either.  Art could use some work of course.  I would say a decent card.

Yeah, +3|+3 every turn is a bit much. It's still very good with fractal, you just can't fractal the card itself as easily.

Compared with growth creatures +3|+3 is only better by +1|+1,and requires 9 quanta to fractal.Although it limits the opponent swarm,like neurotoxin.

Yes, but this still has +1|+1, and it's also immaterial. The cost is the only thing that stops the card from being OP.

It is going to take more than one fractal for it to be worth 5 except for comparing it to Immortal...

-In the COST section of the table, you must add after the cost number, otherwise you are denoting that it will take 4 random quanta rather than 4 aether quanta.

Interesting card idea. But the effect seems a bit confusing. What does "No more than +3|+3." mean?
