NOTES:
Finally, a use for relics! If you have played around with them, you find that they use up quantum but do not get played from your hand. You can also lose quantum by cancelling abilities.

At the end of your turn, when you press "done," if you have no quantum remaining it automatically gives you 12 quantum. Not sure if it should stack or not, though.

But that seems to be more trouble than it's worth for just 1 in each pool.  And can't stack since after one use, you have quanta...
Also Nova is free and it doesn't discriminate on current quanta levels.

Terribly UP in my opinion.

IMHO it's very weak mesh of a PseudoSanctuary effect and Nova, which means this card has barely any unique roles and very little originality in terms of mechanic. I'd suggest changing/improving the bonus given when you have no quanta, such as "Generate 6 | 8 quantum of your mark.", "Draw a card and generate a Nova.", or something similar.

Could be interesting if someone also made a card which caused black hole to affect both sides. Seems a little to week currently though.

Indeed, generating a nova is UP IMO. "Generate 16 random quanta. Th element of your mark is twice as likely to receive quanta than other elements." for the effect may solve this...

PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

A nova is nice, but a nova when you have zero quanta? It's not that useful. This might be useful in low quanta decks, but even then, a nova is hardly going to make a huge difference.
