NOTES:
This is a tricky one to balance, and I spent some time tweaking the quanta cost/upkeep, but might need further balancing. "A random effect" is the same one used by chaos seed and pandemonium, naturally. My intention is to make this useful for mono or duo decks utilizing Entropy and not rainbows.
Important Note: Attack will go through, and then the effect would be applied.

I think this is really hard to balance. At least with the high upkeep cost it won't be the same as simply using pandemonium.

Entropy already has  quanta absorbing shield though and chaos seed/ pandemonium so I don't know that there is a need for a card that combines both.

Well, there is currently only 1 Entropy Shield, and upgraded version of that shield doesn't really help mono or duo decks using entropy much at all. This is obviously a very powerful shield that can screw over quinted creatures and other big creatures, but with 9 entropy requirment other decks probably won't be touching it, encouraging more ppl to run mainly entropy decks.

If creatures are quinted there not goin to be effeted by the random effects that the shield has.

No, quinted creatures are already affected by shield effects. See fire shield, ice shield, etc.

Dod, six quanta is way too much, how about 3 or 4?

4 and 3 would be good, if it was :entropy :entropy :entropy :entropy for the unupped one and :entropy :entropy :entropy for the upped one. I'm thinking about that instead it costing random quanta upkeep.

This shield is like chaos seed which doesnt effect quinted creature. If you want it to effect quinted creature put that it effects them in the "notes".

Why must you spew nonsense?
Shield effects are already capable of affecting quinted creatures. This is not out of the norm. "a random effect is inflicted" is a shield effect, not a single target card effect like chaos seed. (In the same way spell card freeze is different from freeze inflicted by ice shield)

I'm trying to be nice here, but you are apparently in this thread telling me how the card I created works.
