IDEA:
BeefSupreme
NOTES:
Random things: 60% chance to do nothing, 20% to inflict Chaos Seed, 10% to turn into a mutant, and 10% to turn into an Abomination (Micro-Abomination upgraded).
Art is temporary. I'd love people to suggest other ideas for art or make some if they'd like. I'm also open to changing the name if anyone has a better name for it.

Compared to Skull Shield, this is very weak. What's chances compared to Skull Shield?
I would assume the same. It can also be a good/bad card depending on when you play it. If you play it when there are 6 Antlions out and they all turn into Abominations, then you're silly. If you play it when there are 6 Bone Dragons out and they turn into  2 | 1 Skeles with Immaterial, it can be really nice. Adds an edge of strategy to gameplay.

I love the idea, but allow me to give a slightly different spin on it.

Upped is almost the same, but costs 2 :entropy and they become Micro-Abominations in place of regular ones.

As you said, its effectiveness depends on the deck you are facing. Against big creatures you'll do fine. Against small spammed creatures, not so much. The only problem being that skull shield does the exact same as this but works against (nearly) all decks. The only reason I can see why someone would chose this over skull shield is in a mono-entropy deck, where an unupped dissipation would work better. I just don't see the use of this.

Maybe change it to have a chance to cast chaos seed to an attacking creature instead? Still fits the name but would be more useful I think.

I like this for an alt shield for Entropy in regards to a chaotic effect could happen, but I would think of it more like a perm pandemonium versus a alt skull shield.
So how about the idea of: unupped  7x( :entropy ) cost, 0 blocked damage  40% chance attacking creature has negative status effect occur on attacking creature, 20% chance a positive status effect will occur on attacking creature, 30% chance a spell will reflect, and an upped version is 7x ( :entropy) cost, 1 blocked damage, 40% chance attacking creature has negative status effect occur on attacking creature, 20% chance a positive status effect will occur on attacking creature.  30% chance a spell will reflect.
