well if you go from that line of thinking, it is too orderly to have the card drawn be selected from a set element, it would be more random to have it draw a completely random card.  or allowing you to keep a card at all is stable, so it should just let you see the card and then automatically discard it.  could call such an effect "katy perry" (get to see a little, but not really enough to do anything with)

in any event, this is not a pure entropy card, if you really want to think about it deeply, you can consider time being a stabilizing element to the chaos which is why there is a choice and not just pure fate.  two random paths (:entropy) get to choose one (:time) hence it being called divergent path and not fate.
