fog shield puts this in a corner

even with 1 kind of towers out, the shield itself and a weapon, it will block considerably less than fog shield and using more permanents than that is not that common or a reliable strategy overall (assuming a stack of pillars will still only count as 1 permanent)

Why is this in Entropy instead of a, well, more labyrinth-y element like Earth?

5 permanents (Shied, Tower, Pendulum, Weapon, any permanent) matches the miss rate of Fog Shield, 7 surpasses that of Dusk Mantle, and it's pretty cheap for its effect in a Time-bow with 6 Hourglasses and Empathic Bonds.

Why is this in Entropy instead of a, well, more labyrinth-y element like Earth?
Although %-miss isn't really associated with Entropy, I believe that the RNG-rage associated with Fog and Duck warrant Entropic ties.

Does this card stack by itself? I feel this would be very powerful with sanctuary, since in addition to 24 healing per turn, you also have at least 52% reduction. With pillars/pendulums, that becomes 39% damage taken. On another hand, if you coupled an entropy tower stack, an air stack, this, and fog shield, the enemy would only have a ~40% of hitting.

Oh is it? My bad. Did not see that. Anyways, in an average game, I'd say you'd have around 4 permanents out,  so it'd block 34%, less than a fog shield. How does this go with sanctuary though?

3 Sanctuaries half-way through the game + pillars + pendulums + Labyrinth makes 53%, sanctuary protection, and 12 healing per turn.

Bump. Does the existence of this card (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,34352) warrant a new theme?

I tend to look at cards as combinations of Theme, Mechanic, and Connection to Element type. my personal rule of thumb is that a new idea should be original in at least 2 of these areas (this can be difficult as all three effect each other). While your mechanic in my opinion is plenty different, the thematics and elemental connection are somewhat similar to my original idea. I think a different theme that conveys the same mechanic might be best.

but its up to you.
