Maybe I should lower the damage in the unupgraded and remove the doubling in the upgraded, so the unupped would deal 3 damage to one target and upped would deal 5 to one target? I agree that it's OP.

i think that this card is very expensive. maybe reduce the casting cost to 3?

It's expensive because it's powerful. If I lowered the cost, it would be way too OP.
