Intresting idea. I don't think it would become a real card unless it mentions what high and low tides do in the actual card. Nobody would know how to use it if not.

A Flooding buff?

I like it. But yeah you gotta figure out a way to get the info on the card. Maybe just something as simple as "When tides change creatures may change position"

seems a little expensive to me, or is there something I'm missing? Only 10% chance, but also effects all creatures, and duo elements...feels like you could halve costs?

Also, question: when this card enters play does it start on high or low tides? (as in when you trigger it the first time, what would it switch to?)

I have been summoned.

Flooding's balance is still a dark enigma to me.
Elements look right.
Why would High Tide and Low tide target resilient and fragile creatures respectively?
I think the idea of moving creatures from the middle row to the flooding rows is a good alternate Flooding Tactic.
The art is nice.
