Not quite understanding what this does...
I think it's saying that when you use the skill the creature disappears for the number of turns you used the skill so if you use it twice in one turn he disappears at the end of the turn and comes back two turns later at the end of the second turn.
and for what? ???

It doesn't really protect your creature as said creature isn't there to deal damage or anything else. However, the ability could be useful if you could apply it to target creatures (your own or the opponent's). If you can send your opponents dragon to 2 turn later here I can see an interest ...
