Variability of target of mitosis. Duplicate Singularities on opponent's side. More possibilities, probably.

Also, all cost is in  quanta. Doing this on a Devonian Dragon costs 10 instead of Mitosis' 10 .

Do you mean in terms of cost or ability cost, or something else? Maybe it should act like TU and everything duplicated goes to the player's side of the field?

I would say the card cost should be lower, because you have to pay for the creature and wait for a turn for it be useful. Along with the card's summoning sickness, you have to wait for a minimum for two turns for the card to be useful

No, the auto-formatting thing asked me for attack stats and I thought "I don't think there's a card that can animate permanents but I'll add one just to be safe". It was 0|1 but I've removed this now.

Sounds good - lowered from 9 | 7 to 6 | 4. What do you mean by "summoning sickness"? Is that just the delay I added or something else I've somehow missed? The delay was mostly to stop duped creatures doing anything as soon as they're summoned.
