NOTES:
Card Mechanic Notes:

-The starting type of card disallowed is determined randomly.
-The order of the cycle for the active ability is Creature>Spell>Permanent>Creature
-This card does not stack. More than one will only disallow what the first
Cenophobia disallows.
SERIES:
Open for Comments, Questions, Criticism, etc. The point of the card is to bring a type of denial similar to Silence, yet add that touch of Entropy in a subtle fashion. This card fits like a glove in Denial decks, as the casting cost is harmonious to Discord, while it's activation cost supports another card, Devourer|Pest. Not only is the Darkness cost there for the card to fit in denial decks, it also fits thematically with Darkness' mischievous theme, by allowing to manipulate the odds in your favor.

As another note, I did not truly create the image--it is a stock image, slightly edited.

Also, pillars and pendulums may or may not count when applying Cenophobia's effect, depending on how balanced the card really is.

I do like the way this card came out though.

Is the skill only usable once per turn or is it usable multiple times per turn like Rustler?

You still need to credit the source so we can verify that you had permission. (some stock images are not free to use for some foolish reason.)

I am a bit worried about it's resilience. In a  :entropy :darkness deck it can set itself against the type of PC it would face (usually spells but Pulverizer and Fallen Elf too)

This seems too powerful IMHO. With one card and 5 :entropy (plus possibly up to 6 :darkness) you can negate at least a 3rd of the non pillar cards in the deck. (I estimate this as 7 or more.)
Note: When I use IMHO instead of IMO that means I have noteworthy doubts of my estimate.

Side Note: Manipulating luck is mono :entropy not  :entropy :darkness.

Wait, if you managed to lock opp's hand with Nightmare and this card, your opp won't draw and forced to discard?

Sorry about the wait. I'll get to all your questions and concerns now.

Is the skill only usable once per turn or is it usable multiple times per turn like Rustler?
The effect can only be used once per turn, like most effects. However, if you have 2 of them on the field, you can change the effect twice in a turn.

As another note, I did not truly create the image--it is a stock image, slightly edited.

After some tracking down, I managed to find the link to the artwork I used: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1028515

As for the actual card, would you suggest increasing its cost to some degree? Like to 7 :entropy | 6 :entropy?

Wait, if you managed to lock opp's hand with Nightmare and this card, your opp won't draw and forced to discard?
Now that you mention it, it would be pretty harsh combo'd with Nightmare, if it was set to "Creatures", that is. But then again, you would still be able to play the other cards in your hand, so I'm not sure exactly how powerful of a combo it would be.

Drop the activation cost to: :entropy| :entropy and increase the casting cost to 8 :entropy|7 :entropy and see what the reaction is.

Suggestion: What if, as it ran through the three types, it went through those types itself? It would help me keep track of these things, and it might give it vulnerability to other types of control.

Permanent Control: Deflag, Pulvy, etc.
Creature Control: Drain Life, Devour, etc.
Spell Control, otherwise known as the good bit: That one Life shield, immaterial, etc.

Weeell, the spell might just have to be placed in the 'pet' slot, but that would take some working.
Donuts, Noodles, or Bacon?
