It seems very situational. It only has synergy with 11 creatures, out of the 158 there are.

Thats not quite what situational is.  This is called a synergy :p.  As long as you make your deck fit with the card, you can use it in every situation, hence not situational.  Situational would be holy light, which is UP unless it is met with certain circumstances.

Replace the Element section in the table with "Air", because it is of the "Air" element, not the "Air quanta" element.
