I'm still trying to find out if NgJas allows his artwork to be used. I don't have a DeviantArt (I'm as artistic at drawing as McDonald's food is health) account, so yeah.

i think theres nerf need here cause the 2 water turn in to a  7  atk monster  and  just imagine fractal  the others thats lot atk

You can't fractal Guppy...I put that on the card specifically.

Thats not true. That symbol is an added warning sign and lack of it does not grant free usage of any image.

Hmmm, so can I use it without asking the artist? (I don't use DeviantArt, sorry)

If not, I'll stick with my old one. (free-use clip art, I believe)
