You know why I don't wanna use SG's templates? They don't look like real cards. Chriskang's templates are real card templates.

i'm not trying to make a real card, just turn the concept into an image, i don't know where his templates are so i'll just stick with SGs

but we're getting off-topic

OK... I'm gonna try again...

Cyclone: 4/5 (4 Air)
Intensify (2 Air): Turn into a Hurricane.

Hurricane: 6/6 (8 Air) [rare?]
Cyclogenesis (3 Air): Generate a Tornado.

Tornado: 9/0 (6 Air)
Immortal: Tornado cannot be targeted.

Is this one any good...? It's not really a mob generator, since Tornado dies after 1 turn. To prevent you from using Blessing/Armor on Tornadoes to make them permanent, I made them Immortal; but that way, they're not affected by shields and such. Immortal can also be called Immaterial, which fits the theme of wind and such.
And no, this is different from a more powerful Dive. Each Tornado attack can remove a Bone Wall, while Diving cannot.

Does Air need permanent control?

And something else...

Mist: Permanent (1 Air)
Enemy creatures have 10% to miss you. Mists can stack with each other and Fog Shield, but cannot stack with Dusk Mantle.

So if you have 6 Mist and a Fog Shield on the field, enemy creatures have 90% to miss you.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Tornado dies instantly, so immortality is useless there.

9/1, perhaps?

I think that he means it like a Spark, where it will die at the end of the turn, after it attacks.

Reading doesn't hurt, unless it's an allcaps wall of text.

Blood, I rather vote for making the "Propel" ability make a creature attack. I mean, you propel the creature to attack, not something else, and gameplay-wise, it'd help with balancing shields, giving Bonewails a bit less position and the Procrastination/Fire/Ice Shield more position.

The Whirlwinds you posted are high-cost but good, and the Mist idea sure is great, just I don't know if it will work. Stilt, it won't be overpowered, as drawing all the six Mists isn't that overly likely.

Wtf are you talking about?

The templates I made are 99% identical to the ones in Elements. I changed fonts to Arial because most people don't have the fonts Zanz used. Oh, and those blank card templates Chriskang gave you.. I used them also.

Maybe you are trying to open those PSD-files with MS Paint or something?

The problem is that ever since my computer crashed this July/August, I no longer have Photoshop on my computer. And I'm too lazy to search for a crack (don't ban me for using cracks XD).
Why bother?

Just use GIMP. It's free. Doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles of photoshot, but most of them.

Sorry, SG, but your templates don't look like real cards because they're too big, and the font is wrong. In that thread, Chriskang told people what fonts to use.

I'm not that stupid... = =||
I just saw that Adobe Fireworks can save stuff as PSD. I may try opening them with Fireworks. But to tell the truth, I didn't download your templates yet.

I tried to make the Ocean Rift card yesterday, and it was so damn hard to get everything EXACT. Like, Chris didn't include the permanent symbols and such; when I tried to crop the symbols out of real cards, the edges are all blurry and doesn't fit with the background color. I could try to draw the symbols myself, but there's no way I can get them to be exact, pixel by pixel.

So I guess I'll just download your templates instead...

@bobcamel/Minnakht:
The problem with Propel is that if you propel an Azure Dragon six times a turn, it'll be insanely overpowered. Not to mention if you propel a Ruby Dragon.
And if you make it so that Propel damages the propelled creature, then it'll just discourage everyone from using Propel and making it ineffective.

So, does everyone else like Cyclone/Hurricane/Tornado? If yes, then I'll put them on the first page.

Insane Air speed deck idea...
18 Air Pillar
6 Cyclone
6 Hurricane
Similar to the Graboid speed deck... I don't know if this'll be faster or not.

looks like it'd be faster, as the cyclones have more attack than graboids and are able to generate 9/0 tornados to make them essentailly 15/6

also i'd love to see this replace ffq in rainbow, as it does a helluva lot more damage and can still generate creatures (via graveyard)

i'm still really surprised that there is no spark generator, it'd be like your necromancer card but do 4 damage (providing its upped)

While it's unlikely, there is a situation when Necromancer is better than Spark generator. If you have 23 creatures on the field, you can't generate any more Sparks, but Necromancy can still activate, generating Bone Walls...

OK, I'm gonna put Cyclone/Hurricane/Tornado on the front page.

Again, does Air need permanent control?

As you can see, I tried to be as exact as possible. I used SG's templates, but I downloaded the font Dauphin for the stats and cost, and Gill Sans MT for the description and title. But sadly, I cannot get it to match the real cards perfectly, pixel by pixel.

If only there is some way to obtain Zanz's personal templates...

On a completely irrelevant note, here is my attempt, some times ago, to recreate the Dark Synchro card template for Yu-Gi-Oh. There is a website that allows you to make Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but it doesn't let you make Dark Synchro. I used the resources there to make my own template...

Obviously, the one in Japanese is the real card, and the English one was my fake attempt.

This one you made is better as I can read it lol

...also. A random idea for a Light creature, not sure what for, exactly.

Seraph: 9/7 (8 Light quanta)
Crusader (3 Light): Target creature gains Momentum and +2/+1.
