Some card ideas. give your feedback  :)

Name:Quantum Blaster
Cost: 5 Random
Ability/Effect: Choose an element. Your opponent take X damage, where X equals number of quantum you have in the chosen element. Caps at 35 and consumes all quanta of the target element.

Name: Zero Gravity (Not a gravity card :P)
Cost: 0
Ability/Effect: Both players' quanta resources are reduced to 0.

Quantum Blaster: I'd build some Qtypillar-heavy deck centered around those and possibly also means of not dying during the chargeup, then just unload three IAMFULLYCHARGED blasts in the enemoy and be happy sauce.

Of course, this'd take some time, and it's a good card with the damage cap, helping with damage when in endgame aswell.

Zero Gravity: Simply ridiculous.

almost completley agree with bobcamel. almost. you know, there are ways to get quanta quickly.

Quantum blaster would just add power to rainbow decks. We don't need it, IMO.

but zero gravity good be good with a high price (like 10+)

Quantum blaster: OP. Aether mono + this = >90% win
Zero Gravity: I wouldn't be happy if I have stored up enough quanta to fire lance an FG to death when he play this card

The thing with Zero Gravity is it costs you everything you have to play it so raising the cost doesn't do much except hold off when you can use the card.

All in all a relatively useful card espicially if you have it and no pillars and your opposition is cranking out the quantum.

Would be great against Rainbows.
