So... it's a one turn Dimensional Shield in spell form?
Eh. It's not overpowered or anything... it's just... it's just that it's already there. In Dimensional Shield. Do we really need another stall card? Especially for 
, which already has Miracle and Hope?
It seems balanced to me, I'm just concerned as to its usage...
This is a spell, and therefore cannot be exploded or stolen (As of yet).
It seems too expensive though, compared to Phase Shield. I'd say reduce the cost by 1 but then it'd be way too easy to splash (That actually may not be the worst thing ever). As it stands, you can get the same effect off of PA+Phase Shield for 3 total quanta less (4 unupped) and 1 less card. The only plus to this one is that Momentum won't hit you either.
Then again, maybe the problem isn't in this, but in Phase Shield...
