I agree with Bobcamel. It couldn't have been a coincidence when he posted the Forge idea. Its wording is even almost exactly the same on Kongregate.

Really, accidental plagiarism is not that bad as long as you correct it. Give gnikdoolb credit and it'll be OK.

Again, this thread is for posts of card ideas and for suggestions for improvements. If you need to argue with eachother, find some e-battlefield and duke it out.

IDC, all I want to say is that this is obvious plagiarism and this guy sauld be punished for that. gnikdoolb made the idea, only gnikdoolb or someone assigned by him can repost it in places.

hey if you dont like my ideas make your own ideas, if their good ill put them at the top.

It seems to me he's not attempting to plagiarize, he's just adding good ideas he sees to his post. While this isn't how it's meant to be done, it seems more like he's trying to share ideas more than it is plagiarism. It seems like an honest mistake, but I'd rather wait for his comment and reserve judgment than flame him.

Had he given credit I wouldn't react in such a way. It's a crime, doing such things... you take another person's invention and sell it as your own and get credit.

And yes, if it was posted in a public place before, it counts as a patented one.

I have edited/removed all posts that included flaming of any kind. Bobcamel, you have been around far too long not to know the rules. No excuses. The reason people don't post their ideas here is that they make separate threads for their own ideas. This isn't Kongregate, where we have one thread for all ideas.
