I will explain. Eternity or Reverse Time can return a creature your opponent controls to the top of his deck. Then you attack with this card, and that creature is gone forever. Synergy.

But this card is still a little too cheap. Fractal just amplifies that tenfold.

fractal is a thing that must chage?  but please remember that card already in game  not your card 

by the way   even if it don't have fractal  this card is a bit imbalance...   look at dune scorpion  i think this card have a bit better than that card about an ability

and if you look at it status...  it very better.

I'd say around 5-6. It's a very powerful ability after all, and unlike the Scorpions it can attack right away without the need to buff it.
