Card Connoisseur will never do nothing (20% for first five effects), 20% chance of destroying cards and will give quanta when Nymphs/Weapons/Shards are played (but not destroy them). SERIES:

That was my original idea, to have a card do something with a Relic, but the card specifically says to sell it now in game, so it specifically isn't meant to be used.
