You don't have to type 'null' in every empty space on the table. Next time you can just leave it blank.

As for the card, you may want to decrease the stat boosts to +3/+3 for every ten quanta and make the upped have a cost decrease.

This on a pegasus/wyrm is over twice as good as fire bolt. Not to mention sky blitz.

I think this card is balanced, cause for 3 you drain 2 HPs for every 10 .

Just a comment on the card text, you might want to change the wording to "Target creature gains +#/+# for next attack" because with the current wording the creature loses the buff before it attacks. Also this card might be though to be less OP if it drained the remaining life quanta (and thus not be stackable). The pegasus combo by skyironsword is a good point as the card rustler would sinergize really well with this and create rediculus amounts of life quanta. I like the concept but could use tweaking.

With fire bolt you make 3 dmgs/10 and you can do that dmgs to a creature or a player, with this card you can only dmg players.

This card is way too OP and easy to combo with rustler|leaf dragon and Jade Dragon. I have been playing around with RoL for a mutation deck I have been testing and find it easy to get over 50  by turn 6. Under no circumstance should life have a card this powerful to combo with leaf dragon. ROL, Hope, leaf dragon, mitosis and this card. just constantly pump out RoL then grant them the boost from this. if you have 5 RoL out, that's an extra 10    a turn with a leaf dragon out. Not to mention splashing  and fractaling RoL. No damage taken from physical sources because of RoL, and doing massive amounts of damage each turn because of Swell Up. And that's on top of any Jade Dragons somebody has on the field. Too OP in concept, IMO

Fire bolt can also target creatures, true...

But you can put this onto a wyrm. And then sky blitz. Good job, this card effectively did +12 attack in an element with an easy way to generate quanta.
