I really like this card idea
this could be like the new voodoo doll fg grinder idea, when combined with gravity pull, basilisk blood and possibly adrenaline it can be extremely deadly.
I also want to ask about the name... what exactly does an Ibex have to do with condensing? I think a name+art change could be used, ice giant would be a perfect name. The skill could also use some tweaking, as someone suggested, crystalize could be a better name for this skill. But for me… I was thinking something more like… regenerate? or recuperate? or cold therapy?
it would also improve synergy between water and fire, and i think more of that is needed. My one of my favorite decks currently is a fire/water rush, and this card would greatly increase my rushing speed...
about the card stats, I think the card is very balanced and works very well, just remember voodoo is a 16/20 defense creature for 2 cost and armagio is 25/30 defense for 5 cost and and titan is 50, total 6 cost and requires a 2 card combo. an infinitely healing creature for the cost of 1 water and 1 turn with 10 hp would be very balanced currently in the game.
