You must really like  :time .  Not that there's a problem with that.

Also, I don't quite understand the naming of the Upgraded card.  First, it would make more sense as "The Non-Existent."  Second, if it never existed, how would you play it, much less turn it into a GotP?  I'd just keep the names for both as "The Forgotten."

Well I call it "The Non-existed" because no one on earth remembers it and there's even no record of its existence as if it had never existed

While "The Forgotten" can mean being forgotten by people but there may still be traces of it on books, on ancient remains, etc

Well it gets one less attack but one more hp. Won't say it gets worse

More importantly, what makes this stand out from ghost? They have relatively the same stats, and one attack is worth more than that one extra hp. Additionally, getting 20 :time seems quite situational and implausible unless you're playing with a fatter stallier deck. Why not just use ghosts instead of this card?
