Mass Phoenix rebirth? Sounds like an Unstable Gas buff, personally. Now, all you need to do is play UG, and then this to bring them back. Low casualty, efficient, not game breaking, requires a sacrifice that also dies when UG is played, so more strategy is necessary, and it's creative. I give it a decent A+
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

I think it would be better if the upped one costed 1 random quanta. With the way that the mulligan system works, having 0 cost is really more of a liability than an asset.

As for the card itself, it seems rather situational. Basically it would mostly be useful only when faced with one of the relatively few mass CC cards.

A lot of cards are "situational" take (1.25v) nightmare, it was created specifically as a counter to fractal, that was situational as well. But I think you have a point with making upped cost 1 random, it might make it a little OP though....

To be honest, I'm of the opinion that nightmare is a pretty terrible card.

I also doubt that making the upped cost 1 random would make it OP just because of how situational the card is.
