Cost: 4  :fire / 3  :fire
Effect: Deal 1 damage for each card in your opponent's hand. The player can pay an extra 3  :fire quanta to deal 1 extra damage per card in your opponent's hand.
Type: Instant

Hmm interesting idea. I do like it but can you clarify for me what it damages. Is it inflicted on the opponent|a creature or both? Not sure how the code will work but it most likely can be done.
