NOTES:
"Take your time today"

"Most mortals dread the day of their death... for they know not the true price of eternity."

Time is the elemental opposite of Aether. This card aims to thematically highlight that distinction, which often is not as readily apparent as for many other elemental pairs.

By paying the activation cost, it can also be used in a general manner (this should help keep it from being overly situational).
-Note that even without the activation effect, Time could still make use of this card via Anubis.

Note that there is a double edge on this card because it will affect immaterial creatures you own as well as those your opponent owns.

The permanent remains  and continues to function after its charges are depleted.
Essentially the charges let you trigger poison off of non-immaterial enemy creatures.

How many poison do you get from your stacked protected pillars?
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water

Pillars can't attack, Monox.

"   Immaterial permanents and creatures poison their owner each turn. Lasts 4 turns.
:time : Affects all cards this turn."

Confusion between the card and table abilities.

You might be right, the card does say only attacking creatures, but we need Odin to clear that up by changing the texts to match.

Ugh... mismatch again...
And this... is why I shouldn't try posting from my smart phone...

The text that was there was from a first draft, but I changed it to only affect creatures later, but didn't update the card text field to match the new image I generated...

The text on the card is correct. Updated the OP to reflect that.

I really, really love this idea. One thing has me confused though. In the notes it says that it affects all immaterial creatures and the card says only enemy creatures are affected. Also, perhaps if the affected creatures were granted Divine Shield like a Seraph? Maybe call it Mass Divine Shield or something? That could also work against the player, depending on the circumstances.

Edit: read it a few more times, not confused anymore, just feel a little foolish for not reading it carefully enough the first time.

It affects all immaterial creatures at all times. If the player pays the activation costs it will also affect the opponents non-immaterial creatures as well.
E.g. using the activation will not cause more of your own creatures to poison you, but any immaterial creatures you have will still poison you.

Offensive use of Anubis' ability :sillyspin:
So you see my thinly veiled attempt to innervate a not so highly used card ;)

Also adds similar offensive capabilities to quintessence and turquoise nymph.
