This spell is an enhanced version of the sundial 'stasis' effect.
In addition to preventing creature attacks, it also prevents players from affecting targets on the opposing side.
So, for instance, spells like Firestorm and silence, and abilities like chrysaora's 'poison' skill would become useless.
Flooding is a special case, since the flooded slots are technically on each player's individual side.
Voodoo should be another exception for thematic purposes since the doll itself is a proxy for the opposing player, but is located on your side.
Mirror shields would NOT be an exception (again for thematic reasons) since this would be like redirecting the spell to affect the opponent (which is prevented).
Like sundial, the permanent is removed when its duration elapses.

If your zombie plan is

I am now even more scared of PDials. Add in some pends and replace Sundials with this = Ded.

Only tricky thing is, you have to leave a window of vulnerability since you cant poison the opponent while this is up, whereas with sundials you can.
