not exactly because they both produce only unupgraded skellies plus the creature gets turned into a skeleton instead of the card owner getting a skeleton.
um... none of that is true. graveyard produces upgraded skeletons, and when a creature dies, a skeleton takes its place... so in a sense, it does turn into one.
and to elaborate on the cards themselves:
balance bubble: um... what? that can mean 2 things (at least). it can mean that the stats of all creatures are changed so that they have the same attack and hp, or it could mean that the stats of every creature can't change
chaos field: OP, can you say malignant mutant rush? not to mention, it COMPLETELY shuts down mono decks that use effects of creatures
cleanse bubble: OP. it kills almost every death deck in existence and even some non-death decks (air/water)
cloud bubble: again, OP. it makes more than half of the creatures in the game almost un-killable
divine bubble: ouigh! OP! can someone say dragon rush?
eternity bubble: i kinda like this one
flame field: costs too little
heal bubble: i almost want to say op (due to a bunch of cards that already heal you per turn)
resiliance bubble: ...meh
restart bubble: OP, it shuts down almost all death decks and mutant decks
soul bubble: UP'd version of graveyard
