So, what it does? Essentially is a life gainer. It allows to absorb your quanta in order to get HP, but it also scramble it to get more HP.

and on 99% of the time, healing and denying the opponent is much better than healing and denying yourself

Scramble and BH yourself. That probably gives you a gain that is not even 20hp, so this is much worse than heal in nearly all circumstances.

i can really only see this card being used on a weird 60 card rainbow stall deck with tons of QTs so that it could heal you more than heal does and it wouldnt hurt your quanta pool much

i think the card needs some rework, not sure if mixing scrambling quanta and BH all in one card is balanced...

maybe, but i think it could work wonders considering what kind of cards you have access to in  :entropy :gravity
