Pretty simple.  If you abuse card draw, this screws you.  If you don't, this card is worthless.

yeah it would make for pretty good anti-rainbow possibly, so might be useful for t50 farming

Oh come on, Strategy Guide left a very nice written instruction on downloading Paint.net, an extension to use Photoshop files and her templates. Useable if you have skills, but if you don't, don't worry, neither do I.

Here you go. No permanent symbol because the SG template doesn't have one and I'm not about to spend the time to build it from scratch.

Make this a permanent and pair it up with a permanent that causes your opponent to draw an extra card and you'd have for a great combo. It should be able to be destroyed or stolen.

Too situational. There are only two cards in this game that enable you to draw multiple cards. And if you have Sundial, this card doesn't do anything because creatures wouldn't attack anyways because of Stasis. So this card would be useful only if your opponent has Hourglass, making this card even more situational than Purify, and without a doubt the worst card in the history of Elements.

Also I don't like the fact that this card does not fit in the Elements theme at all, with the human brain and all. Although I'm not sure if the idea is supposed to be taken seriously.

This card would without a doubt make Fake Gods lose almost every time. They'd never be able to attack, since they draw two cards at a time (I'm surprised SG didn't catch this )

it is not more situational than purify.

yes the chances of going against someone who uses hourglass are in theory low, but what about rainbow decks (of which there are a lot in the t50) and almost every rainbow deck uses hourglass.
