Dracomageat, inspired by Torriku
NOTES:
The ability takes effect immediately, allowing the card to deal an extra 2|3 damage for every 3 :Life and 1 :Air you pay. Can therefore act somewhat like a duo-elemental bolt. Since this is ranged and not spell damage, it cannot be reflected but will be reduced by shields.

Looks like I will have to add a massive tweak to wipe out the rest....
Well, non-reflective damage but still reduced is called regular damage. So ranged attack isn't that special.
Can you give ranged attack an actual effect?

What do you mean? Ranged attacks are already in the game. They have the effect of going through Wings. I regard the ranged damage as a nicely thematic touch of flavor rather than an actual balance-worthy mechanic.
