Typo on the unupped: Elemental Puls.
BTW, I don't know what to change it to, but All Elemental Attack just sounds kinda bad. Maybe Quantum Pulse? Also, how does the 1/3 on Elemental Pulse round?

Just a thought, wouldn't it be a bit OP in rainbow?

In a rainbow deck, the damage output of the pulse is about the same as firebolt in a mono fire deck. And since the pulse consumes a lot of quanta it is even a lot weaker than fire bolt.

So IMO it is not OP.

Well, consider than rainbow towers generate 3x the quanta of single pillars, and nova&supernova generate 12&24 quanta. So it's not really the same

Anyway, I meant just slightly OP, nothing to be worried about.
