NOTES:
This sprite/fairy causes creatures to incur blazing effects.
Blazing effects vary with the creature's element.
All non-water and non-fire creatures lose 1 HP. Their next attack is halved.
Water creatures are caught in a firey vortex, and lose 1 HP per turn for 3 turns. Firey vortex effects are not stackable.
Fire creatures are set ablaze and gain +2|0.
SERIES:
Sprite/Fairy

This is the second card in a series I am creating. Each Sprite or Fairy in the series favors its own element, protecting or helping it, while harming or effecting all other elements. The sprites and fairies also despise the element opposing their own element, so they aim to inflict more damage, harm, and effects on the opposing element. In this case, water creatures receive extra damage over time, while fire creatures gain attack power.

I think a less detailed more abstract version of blazing would fit EtG more.
Fire creatures take damage from fire bolt and Water creatures are not more susceptible to fire bolt.

Can blazing effects stack? What stacks?

The upgrade might be too large of an upgrade to not also increase the casting cost. This is primarily about the skill rather than the stats. I think you can increase the stats and the cost.

The Element line should be Fire rather than :fire (this is the quanta not the element)

I like it.

Thanks. What I meant by "stack" was this:
Water creatures get stuck in a fire vortex, and lose 1 HP per turn for 3 turns. If a water creature suffers this effect twice in a row, they will only lose 4 HP over 4 turns instead of 6 HP over 6 turns.

I think that the elements should contrast each other more physically as well as abstractly in some way. Holy light can harm death and darkness, but other than this the game doesn't really involve direct opposition between elements. I understand that it would be quite situational, but I think that if it is just a small boost, it would be interesting.

If I target an Earth creature and it's neighbor (using 2 different sprites)
Will they lose 2hp each?
Will they have half attack for 2 attacks?

Will they lose 2hp each?
Will they have half attack for 2 attacks?

When you target the first creature, it and the neighbor will each lose 1 HP and only attack half for one turn.
When you target the second creature (the neighbor) on the same turn, it and its neighbor will lose 1 HP but will not have half attack for two turns, just for one.
This is what I was trying to say in the notes about the card with the effects being non-stackable. Only HP damage can increase per creature in one turn with multiple attacks.
