NOTES:

SERIES:
Sprite/Fairy

This is the first card in a series I am creating. Each Sprite or Fairy in the series favors its own element, protecting or helping it, while harming or effecting all other elements. The sprites and fairies also despise the element opposing their own element, so they aim to inflict more damage, harm, and effects on the opposing element. In this case, fire creatures receive extra damage, while water creatures are unaffected.

Dude, the upped version is way too OP. All non-water creatures are frozen for 3 turns. That's like a freaking dim shield, plus opposing creatures take damage? Either raise the quanta cost (this is a blue crawler +1  :water with an epic ability), or raise ability cost. Ability should cost like 4 :water. Also, is this card going to be a rare?
I love it when people tell me to "Pics or it didn't happen".

I agree with DaHumanitarian in saying that a 3-turn freeze on your foe's entire field is OP.  Freezing their creatures for 3 turns is too massive an effect for the price of 5 :water and 1 turn; the 1 damage is just icing on the cake.
Compare Winter Fairy with Arctic Octopus, a rare.

I'm predicting a more appropriate cost of
8 :water
2: water for the spell.  Would have been three if it didn't freeze itself.

Not really feeling this super power/wordiness/all in one card, but I do like the theme, and feel fairies are lacking in this game :)
