-Change the art (it's -not- allowed to be used), and provide a link or source to card art that isn't your own (NOTE: My computer almost sent me red flags (ad spam) about the site that someone posted the link for that worm art. That's definitely not a good thing) - if it's from an artist, you should properly credit them in the image as well as ask permission from them to use it beforehand
Yeah... pretty much this instant kill effect is kind of not that interesting. 'Next creature' to come out? Isn't that kind of pointless then for the opponent to even play a creature then? I get that Earth is about denial, but this isn't even remotely balanced or smart. (The fact that it has 0|2 and has an overpowered ability does not make it 'decent').
