Ok, I am keeping as it is for now. But here is a suggestion. Maybe it can be a permanent and when the card is killed then the hands switch back. Every card will be switched. If any cards were played from either hand then the cards stay on the side of whoever played them. If this sounds good can anyone reword it?

I would strongly suggest against a permanent that has to track the locations of cards like this.

I'd suggest selecting 1 card in your or your opponent's hand, and it's randomly swapped with a card in the other player's hand. That, and make it  .

See an if it is a sucky card then you will be pissed. And you will be like. What the hell! So, i think the idea of this would be cause to much problems. I am going to say "F* it" I am deleting the post.
