There is a thread with the words "READ THIS FIRST" in the title. Please go read it. There is a format for card ideas that must be followed.

As to the specific idea it seems rather similar to Arctic Squid that is already in the game.

Fixed thanks, I realize its similar to the freezing creature, but this one freezes for only two turns and a diff element.

Why have both this and Arctic Squid in the same game? This concern is especially important because there is still a small number of cards in the game making variety more important than adaptive variations.

You might find the Card Image program found in the READ THIS thread to produce better card images.

That looks like professional artwork. Could you link us to the source of the art? I would like to see its counterparts.

Random internet clip art photoshopped and combined.  Which seems to be the same method many of the cards in the armory.

What are the terms of use of the original image? By random it sounds like you just when and google image searched which does not guarantee that the author would permit you to use their work.

i like this card idea, it suggests a weak form of arctic squid but for  :darkness. I suggest making its attack 4 in the upped one, so then its more balanced in its abilites.
2 turns paralysis is perfect with 4 attack.
i like this card, and since its another arachnid card, gets my approval  :P

The card seems to do the same thing as Vanadium Warden and Arctic Squid do. That's not really good for the current metagame, no offense meant.

Also it's generally better to post a blank card rather than use copyrighted images (90% of Google images are anyway)
http://www.sxc.hu/ is a great spot to find stock images that aren't under copyright though.
