The interactions seem limited so I can enumerate them:
-Black Hole -> yields +1 damage per pool that gets affected (i.e. up to 12 if opponent has at least 1 quantum or each element)
-Dissipation Shield -> yields +1 damage for each attack that gets absorbed
-Discord -> Yields +1 damage for each pool that gets scrambled (i.e. up to 12 like black hole)
-Devourers -> each devourer yields +1 damage (maybe +2 if combo'd with adrenaline)
-Flooding -> yields +1 damage per turn.
-Fractal, and Miracle -> yield +1 if any excess quanta gets absorbed
-SoSac -> yields +1 damage per pool drained (up to +11 if owner has at least 1 quantum of each element)

The cap is in place to prevent the weapon from becoming too OP when combed with mass absorb / scramble effects. It should be roughly on par with farenheit when at max power.

Also note that the bonus damage resets after each attack, so the weapon can not continually inflate.

Lastly, this effect triggers whether the quanta is absorbed from your pool or your opponents pool, so it could make a nice deterrent against devourers and it can still function even when one player has a sanctuary in play.

Seems very powerful and can possibly be overpowered.
The only thing stopping it from being overpowered is the high entropy costs, which prevents people from just splashing it into rainbows, and the skill, which prevents people from splashing it into random decks.
Other than that, I see it being a good card. It buffs the cards it is synergized with.
The combo with discord seems very hard to pull off however. Having two weapons in a deck can't really be done without Flying Weapon, which makes the combo a forced duo or a forced semi-unupgraded, which is very annoying and cant be worked around in its current state.
It can get out of hand with Devourers. I have never brought up trios in card ideas and art, but now is a good time.
We can all argue that trios don't usually turn out successful but, imagine a trio using this, fractal, and devourer. Think about it.
Summary: It's good right now. Some of the combos you have stated in the description will be used over the others. 8/10 over here.

The only thing is SoSac... an already very, very strong card that is buffed even more with this... however, this might be just another option that Dissipation shield.

Overall, unupped looks good balanced right now. Upped could get the same cap (+12), just with 8 standard attack, so it's power can't beat a fully uploaded Fahrenheit.

Devtal as denial is strong enough that it doesn't need to include entropy cards like this. The main goal is to drain the quanta, once reached, extra damage will come from vampires.

8 plus 16. So 24 total. Which is comparable with farenheit.

The other combo is to use it in mono-entropy in conjunction with dissipation shield... or maybe semi-duo with animate weapon and discords.

I think having it slightly higher damage than farenheit is okay for the upgraded version... but my reasoning there is that it is harder to consistently gain 16+ absorb or scramble effects per turn than it is to ramp up to quanta cap with fire... but I may be off on that.
If anyone cares to analyze the difficulty though, I'm definitely listening (just a too lazy / not enough time to do so myself).
