I decided to apply this art to it, and as such the mechanic is connected to the theme loosely at best, but I still like it. This is meant to be used in an OTK or as a finisher. Assuming your know your opponent will have flying titan, yes. Like any other card, it's strong against some decks and weak against others.

...I just realized it's that card's owner and not your opponent.  In that case, I revise my estimate of it being OP.  However, I do think that it is far too situational and a sort of "coinflip win condition" that I disagree with (ex: opponent has titans/magios/dragons/sofo, win.  if not, lose).

This. Perhaps make it the cost of the card instead? Opponent takes 5 damage if you target a flying titan? Then that seems a bit too weak. What about two times the cost of the card?

It's not a coinflip. The most practical use for this card, outside of using it against a known opponent (this could work wonders against Akebono, for instance), is a darkness/light duo with reflective shields, using this as a finisher.

I balanced it by comparing it with PU as a finisher, and with firebolt as a straight damager. Not the most practical comparisons, but they do make me more confident that it's at least close to balanced as is.

I like this card.

You may want to change the wording to 'deals damage equal to the sum of the creature's stats' just to make it clearer.

That's 7 cards for 234 (mostly) unstoppable damage, which is 1 less card than Instosis+Chimera.
