I'd have the upped increase attack rather than hp.
Does it keep the HP after an instakill (cremation, catapult, freeze + shockwave, Maxwell)? Statuses carry over lives (freeze, delay, adrenaline, gp, poison/purify), how about active abilities when it looses a life?
Does the HP reset when it dies by losing all the HP?
That makes it lose value for certain combos. I suggest it keeps it's max HP and get it back when killed, same for its effects gravity pull, freeze, etc). But seriously, I think you're onto something. And my question: does it give death effects every time it resets or only when it dies for the ninth time? Also I think it deserves a higher cost, and I agree with dragtom, it should have higher attack.
Out of curiosity, what happens if your opponent casts rewind on one of these?I guess rewind, skull shield and mutation don't change their effects
