I think he's much stronger compared with immaterial, and 9 are very lives, 7 lives gets better, but the idea is very good, I think the element that needs a creature's as this is life, mainly because it has "9 life".

Why would you say it's much stronger? it can be negatively buffed like with antimatter, and if it's buffed and then killed, I assume it loses those buffs.

Idk about the mitosis and butterfly effect that seems like a stretch, but definitely cheap and powerful with eclipse in play. Might go a little too well with darkness I can easily envision this in a lot of decks  which is good.... but brings up thoughts of OPness

would the poison counter stay after the first death?

yes, killing it will fully reset the stats, but it would basically be immortality that triggers death effects and can be buffed if the stats didnt reset

The perfect Oty chow

I don't think Oty chow centered decks work any better than normal Oty decks though

a lot of times ive found the need to eat one or two of my own creatures to prime oty against water decks or others that have creatures with 6 toughness and no less.

yeah probably. would also help with it dying each time it attacks fire shield which is good IMO.

Good card. Props. I also believe that no spell should be able to take off more than 1 life at a time (that kind of defeats the purpose of the card, doesn't it?). If you poisoned the cat, on the other hand, then maybe it could die every turn
