No.  Simply no.  Singularity in itself is to much to forcibly grant your opponent.

I usually don't post in card ideas, but honestly.

Singularity, even one, is bad enough to wreak your deck if it goes on. Further on, Singularity is meant to be simply a punishment for the repeated use of nova, and I feel it shouldn't be taken outside of that.

Also, upped version costs one more entropy quanta and is two times more effective than un-upped. That's off.
