no, i think  he is stronger than fallen druid

because you can use some buff spell to this one to make another creature to fight but fallen druid must use another creature to make mutant.

and he is strong enough to be target by dmg spell.

maybe i will change card cost and make it be spell and ability.....

yes! If you change to "spell & ability" then it is stronger, but if only spell, it's weaker than druid,
as there are many ways to spwan small creatures, but no ways to spwan multiple spells
