Upon reflection from coinich's points, I think the Casting Cost could be dropped to 2-3|1-2.
1) It is not cost effective than Aresnic although it is potentially faster on a card by card basis.
2) It does not stack very well.
3) The activation cost is fairly well balanced against the effect so the casting cost can be low.

and what about making it untargettable?maybe  making cost 4| 3...

-Capitalize 'Plant' in the NAME section of your tables
-Capitalize 'Poison Seed' in the TEXT section of your table as well as your card image


I personally don't like the idea of adding -more- ways of applying poison to your opponent, but this would be a fairly unique ability-granter (similar to Liquid Shadow, Luciferin, or Butterfly Effect). But major kudos for creating the card in both idea and art (<3 your artwork ).
