um... what should i say?   he is gluttony and i sure you will not think this ability suit him at all....   but i like it   he decay his enemy until it die  then he eat it and generate new one that look like him to eat more and more....

The ability cost for the upped version needs to be reflected accurately in the text under the card image. You forgot to delete a :time from the copy/pasted text. :)

SoR would be pretty awesome with this indeed. But well, it already got a very high cost and you'd need another shard for each one produced and by themselves they aren't that good... And there are better types of creature control. But why TIME?

so.. if you have 1 of this + SoR + sparks + photons, you will soon be unsoppable?
when the first is in play in 2 turns you can have 4 of Beelzebub and so isn't your victory already claimed?

i like the idea but i think it's OP and unbalanced (especially -2/-5.. if you have 1-2 of this in play, how many creatures there are that can handle 5-10 damages? most of the creatures with the exception of flying titan, armagio and colossal dragon won't survive against 10 damages.. i agree with the -2/-5 for 5 :time, it's balanced, but it's OP and unbalanced if this will create another Beelzebub)

basically.. i think it's better to lower the cost of the ability to 4 :time, to rise the cost of the upgraded card to 9 :air ('cause you already give him +1 atk) and lower the negative bonus he gave to target in the upgraded one.
that way i think it's more balanced.

mhm i think it's more better ;)
not sure if it's better 8 :air or 9 :air for the upgraded one now that you've fixed the skill
however i think it's more balanced so it's ok ^^
