Confusilicious! Otherwise I'm very interested by this idea. I like the potential as CC with Reverse Time (at a price, of course).

Basically take the cost of the card discarded with Ankh, add two, then split it evenly between ATK and HP.

Such that a Light Dragon (12 ) grants +7|+7? Seems pretty powerful (can basically turn your cards into Blessings before you've drawn them).

What about odd costs? Rounded down?

Yes, odd costs round down.

It is indeed very potent in decks that are heavy on expensive creatures... of course you would then have a longer set up time since you have to get a creature into play to begin with before you can start milling the others for stat bonus.

Odd costs will round down as usual.

I was originally going to go with square root scaling instead of halving, but that seemed a little too weak to me... maybe I'm undervaluing buffing ... or overvaluing discard though.
