You don't have to use my idea at all, but as a way of balancing the fact that it's probably undercosted right now, you could add a proviso that either it generates a random amount of RoLs from 1 to 3, or that it generates 1 normally, or 2 if under 50% hp, or 3 if under 25% hp. It would lose some of the synergy/OPness with Hope without being completely useless, and it would be more fun.
