I like the concept but this looks like the kind of mechanic that would require some serious play-testing in order to see how it adapts to the game. I'd reconsider the name "Wheel of Light" if the intention was for it to produce any kind of quantum. Is the cost meant to be two of any quanta or two of light quanta? I'd be interested to know why you chose light as opposed to "other" to base this card around. I'd love to see more permanents enter the game as most elements seem to be fairly starved of them. (Btw I know you just set this up but links to both threads would be handy ;) )
Best of luck getting it implemented!

Edit: I'm so blind, links already there :P

I don't dabble in "Other" cards and no element seemed to fit this card much at all, so I choose light since it seemed the best. The element choice didn't matter too much, since the cost for the ability and casting cost is Any. Chakra just makes me think of divine things, and what better to represent divine than light? That's how my thought process sort of worked on that. And the Wheel of Light is just a name in this case, it's basically how the Chakras are seen, usually as a wheel of light or circles of petals. So I was just using that name to describe the card Chakra generates.

Since wheel of Light is a Token card, you should copy it into this post and I will delete the original.

No thanks. I prefer them in separate threads. Makes talking about either or easier. Plus, they have to be in three separate threads, it's for the competition.

I like it, I wouldn't mind feeling like a "false" god or "half blooded" one sometime. I agree that it would need some play testing, because if the Wheels of Light do stack, it might put things out of whack. But, other than that, great.

Compared to a Tower, it takes you 4 turns before you start to get your windfall of 3 per turn and an overall gain of 18 over a period of 9 turns. This equates to a 2:1 quanta production on one card when compared to a tower but the tower will last forever so if you go 18 turns or more you are at better odds. Interesting. Hideously annoying filling up my permanent zone with wheels tho.
